The problem wasn’t fixed, but the mechanic explained all the variables and the steps that we’re gonna do to try to fix the problem, which is understandable. Everyone was so nice from start to end.

My experience the other day was a very good experience. I was greeted by Angela and she got me into the system. Once that was completed in a matter of a few minutes, I was passed over to Carl and he took good care of me from there on. He gave me an update after some time has passed, which was nice to receive regarding the progress of getting a front end alignment.

The service was just fine. However, when I turn my radio on, I discovered that my Fox News station preset was erased. I assume it was a technician that did it. It’s really no big deal but I just thought I would mention it. I have been coming here for 20 years and Carl does excellent service.
