This is, at least the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership, possibly the forth. You have a good dealership that appears to care about its customers. And your sales personnel know their product. My current sales representative, Tariq, was excellent.

Carl and Allyson kindly helped me through an experience I was not expecting. My Accord broke down on my way from Georgia to Orlando and Carl had a technician inspect it in no time. When it was diagnosed with needing repair that cost more than the vehicle itself, Carl broke the news in a very understanding way and explained exactly what the problem was. He gave me an estimate for a lower cost repair that would at least get me home and really went the extra mile by loaning me a car so that my girlfriend and I could make it to our concert that night. When I returned the loaner the next day, I felt ready to buy a new car instead of waiting until I drove home. Allyson carefully listened to my concerns about what I was looking for and was very patient even though I spent almost the entire day looking for the right vehicle. She found some great options and a 2019 CRV ended up being the perfect one for me. I had no idea I would be driving home from the trip in a new car but I am incredibly grateful to Carl and Allyson for lending their time and going above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible.
