After a three month wait after scheduling my service appointment, I brought my Honda Odyssey in for a safety recall repair for rear camera cables. My service advisor, Carl Simon, indicated that my wait wouldn't be very long since the service technicians have reduced the time of repair from several hours to approx. an hour. Coincidentally, my 70,000 mile service was due in approximately 300 miles and I asked if the service could be performed simultaneously with the repair work in order to avoid an hours travel back to the service department the following week. Mr. Simon added the additional service to the recall repair without hesitation. During my wait, I mentioned to Mr. Simon that I was having trouble with the Android Auto app. He then scheduled me to meet a technician with expertise with the app to resolve the issue. All service was completed satisfactorily within four hours. Mr. Simon provided me with periodic status updates during my wait, was friendly and very professional. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.
