I just brought my car in to have the battery changed. When the wait extended to an hour I asked for an approximate ETA. It turns out they had accidentally changed the oil instead of the battery. Once the mistake was identified, they were able to get the battery changed in a reasonable time and I was not charged for the oil change.Although not the experience I wanted mistakes do happen, and the team were very helpful and concerned to make things right.
