Had appointment and car was taken in immediately for service as soon as I arrived. Work was done quickly and a list of upcoming maintenance items was provided.

You guys do a great job, but when we needed a ride home it was confusing. Some said it was too far away and at the beginning it was ok. We leave in Vilano Beach area. After long wait we got the ride. Your driver is a wonderful person and made up for our confusion. Your staff did a great job with follow ups and we appreciate their efforts. The mechanics try to do the best they can.

The Sales rep Deb was very knowledgeable in what she was doing she showed us cars that we could afford, in terms of our budget range.

I gave my experience a 5 because Carl was my advisor. He was a great listener and understood my immediate goals and future goals for my CRV- Honda purchased at Coggin Honda, St. Augustine.It has nothing to do with Carl that very shortly after I purchased my certified pre/owned vehicle, we were told that it needed new tires. We still feel some compensation be given due to the very short time frame between my purchase of the vehicle and the need for new tires. It just seems it was a false statement of the tires’ status.
