It was a positive experience..Took an hour more than the time that I was told it would take..Since the service visit,the gas cap door is harder to open..it seems to be stuck? The service was complimentry,which was good..

Took HRV in for "recall repair." Excellent Service Advisor, Kerry Wall -- explained all and took care of a tire concern that I told him about. He kept be informed and delivered the car a little earlier than he expected. Kerry is always friendly and reliable.
