I went in for an oil change but voiced my concern about another issue. Jessica had that looked into and the problem was fixed. Any concerns I have when I'm in for service is always taken seriously and all attempts to correct them are made. My vehicle has a lot of miles so everyone there is helpful in keeping it running well. Jessica is a wonderful liaison.
