Kerry Wall was courteous and helpful throughout the service process. I appreciate the fact that Coggin Honda provide photographs of defective parts for customers to see the state of the component that needed repair. The loaner was in good condition and served my purpose. Waited 2 hours for diagnosis to be completed before getting the loaner which in my opinion was the only hiccup.

Service rep Jason was not that interested in helping me. No personality he was all business. He told me 1 1/2 hours and it ran a little over but was close. The greeter guy at the driveway was really nice and personable
