Service was good, but longer than usual wait time, even though I had an appointment. (2.5 hours wait) Customer service staff are great.

I needed and oil change and brake fluid exchange. I made an appointment. All employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable.

Robert assisted me and spent some time setting up my phone and checking out some other issues for me. Can't say enough good things about his customer service.

My CR-V had broken down and there is no Honda dealership where I live (Palatka) I had it towed to your dealership.When they determined the motor was blown, Daryle from service dept. called and informed me. Being on disability I did not have anywhere near the money that would have required. They were very agreeable to work with, allowing me to leave the vehicle there until I could find means to get it back. It took several weeks to get vehicle removed from there but they were very understanding.
