Once they decided it was in the extended warranty the service was great although a day later than originally quoted but it was a rush job so that is expected. My gripe was no one mentioned the extension although it was clearly on the web site. We feel they should have known or suspected something was wrong with since the car had so few miles.

We were greeted immediately upon our arrival at Coggin Honda by TJ Jones. He and JC Caroul assisted us throughout the car-buying process. After selecting the kind of car we wanted, including the features we were seeking, we waited a couple of weeks for the car to arrive. We were kept informed by text on the progress of car's journey to St. Augustine. When the car arrived, we were instructed on the particulars of the car, especially the electronic features. The entire experience was easy and stress-free.

service was done quickly, employees were friendly. car was washed. the only problem i have with Coggins is that my car isn't routinely washed. it is VERY inconvient for me to go to the designated carwash. the shuttle ride was great. overall I am very pleased with Coggins.

My experience was Wonderful! My salesman was Aaron Nims, he was very professional and very helpful. He had a young man help me when I visited first walk me through the Honda Hybrid CRV and then I decided on the 2024 Honda CRV EX model. When the vehicle arrived, he took the time to walk me through all the advantages of the car. He then turned me over to the Finance Manager David Shapiro who was also extremely helpful. He was also very helpful with financing and all additional add on. Very focused on customer experience.
