Mr. Mike did a great job breaking things down and helping me understand what I was getting and with Mr. Augustine's help went above and beyond making sure i got the vehicle i wanted. Went very well with no pressure and the sales person, Deb Henson, was very knowledgeable and patient. She took her time with us and showed us several crv's before we made our choice. She knew all about the technical aspects.
