As soon as I pulled into the service area, Tim was on hand to greet me & to inquire what I needed to have done on my vehicle. Although I was there just for an oil change Joe & Jason advised me on what other maintenance the vehicle needed. They provided me with a quote on all the services needed, the time frame of about 2 1/2 hours to finish the maintenance, & provided a shuttle service to downtown St. Augustine. They texted me when the vehicle was ready and sent the shuttle service as soon as I responded to the text. The vehicle was waiting at the service area when I got back to Coggin Honda. All I needed to do was settle the bill. Overall it was a seamless process. Great teamwork!
