Personnel were great. However I really never received anything via paper nor electronically regarding the sales figures. Also not given any direction on obtaining permanent license plates . Enjoying the new Pilot but could use a little more information since I am not a frequent purchaser.

Internet was down which caused a consequent delay with processing services and payments. I had 2 cars serviced. We waited at the waiting room for 4 hours!!! It was supposed to be an early bird special! It would have been nice to have been informed sooner about the situation. Our service advisor, Kerry Wall, I believe did his best to manage the problem and apologized multiple times for the inconvenience. But best of all was he did not have me pay the service charge for one of the cars. I appreciate that and a good way to do service recovery. That made me feel taken cared of despite the bad situation. I was promised a service report emailed to me but I have not received it yet. It’s almost a week now. Kerry also invited me to call and return at a convenient time to do the free inspection that was not done due to the downed computers. Having snacks, refreshments and a nice Christmas show on the TV at the waiting room helped.
