I was met promptly on my arrival and response was quite quick. Problem was dealt with to my satisfaction within a short period of time.

I have been here twice. Carl is wonderful as is the service but I had a bad taste this go round over $20. What I am disappointed in is the fact that Lucas Honda , who performed my services previously when I worked in Orange Park and who has my VIN quoted me $120 for my transmission fluid change. When I scheduled with you I asked for a call about matching and did not get one and then so texted and got no response . I assumed it would be matched and then it wasn't even when I said about the price at Lucas Honda. I was told my transmission is $140 but Lucas had my VIN and it was $120. I know it's only $20 but it's principle and I did not feel valued by being overcharged. I had planned on making this dealership my go to but over $20 I think I'll take the trip back to Lucas.
