JC made the purchasing of my new Honda very smooth- most of the negotiations were over the phone between my son (who purchased the vehicle as a gift ) and JC- when I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready and waiting for me to test drive. JC is very knowledgeable about the new Honda CRV's and was patient when explaining the new features

Replaced CVT Transmission fluid. Overall experience was great. The wait could have been better since I waited at least 90 minutes but the service provided was outstanding.
