Great as usual. My 2nd CRV from Coggins. An honest and family feel dealership.

Got us in quickly. Kept me updated and explained every step. Provided a loaner when the work proves more extensive than previously thought. Never felt pressured. Hard to reach by phone when checking for completion, however.

Good experience! Like the greeters. Only problem I had was checkout was rushed and a little disorderly and they did not give me my complimentary car wash coupon 😞

Tech advisor Carl was extremely helpful. Brought in the service tech to explain situation which was most useful.
