As with the rest of our world, purchasing a new vehicle is not the same as it used to be. Unless you are fortunate enough to happen at a rare time of finding in limited inventory the vehicle that meets needs, it's a waiting time so patience is needed--that's just the way it is with most things now. THAT BEING understood part of life, the best way to deal with this is to choose exceptional sales team as we had at Coggin Honda...led by most competent, professional Tariq Sagri who assisted in navigating us through the process. Tariq, Ace and David have assisted in every possible way and assure us they are there to help...we picked up our 2023 Honda Odyssey on Aug 12th. Tariq provided online sites to access to aid me in learning the many features of our vehicle and this was exceptional as well.

Jason was awesome! He took outstanding care of me. The young man that checked me in had the problem diagnosed before I entered the building. And he was also a bright, personable human being. Everyone I encountered inside working that day was pleasant, friendly, and professional. I’ve been coming to Coggin Honda since it was Coggin Honda/Mazda and was located on the other side of U.S. 1. ( I don’t want to date myself too much, but I really wish I still had that ‘86 Mazda B 2000 LX extended cab!). Back then you could expect to be treated like a neighbor by your neighbors. That is a difficult atmosphere for a growing business to create and maintain in these times of outside consultants and the tendency towards administratively heavy organizations. Needless to say, I’ve witnessed many changes at Coggin over the years - some good, some not so good. The atmosphere on the floor the day of my service was as good as any I can remember. It was refreshing to see. You’ve got a good crew that knows how to do their job well. I hope you’ll take good care of them. They are you’re business. Perfect diagnosis where other dealership failed to find what is wrong

Jessica in Service was super helpful to our family when our Honda Odyssey developed engine issues. Joe in Service was also helpful in predicting the likely cause of the issue. The whole team was super helpful and friendly, making time for us despite the busy environment.
