Our experience was fantastic. I was pointed to JC who was great to work with and securing our new Odyssey. (Our old Odyssey had gotten to the point of needing to be replaced, that was a 2008.) JC is very knowledgeable and friendly. He also helped us with our various questions. Ibrahima was great to work with when finishing up all of the paperwork. I cannot say just how pleased we were with the whole experience. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from Coggin in St Augustine and our extended family have purchased numerous vehicles from here as well.

It could have been better. Customer time Managment needs improvement. For a set appointment, I was pushed to express then inside to wait before back outside.My online appointment was clear for the 0w20 oil change special.Not sure reservation messaging is read. At least the 3 individuals I spoke to were not aware.
