I always love working with Carl. He does an amazing job, because he is an amazing person. He works hard and he cares about the people that he serves. He is always polite, always kind, and always professional. Juli, the service manager, is just as wonderful. Over the last year, I have gotten to know her as well. During this last service visit, she came out of her office to talk with me for a bit. That means something. Any dealership can service cars. But the dealerships that stand out, are those that value the relationships with the people that they serve as much as the quality of the work that is done under the hood. That's how you build customer loyalty. Because it's about more than just a car... it's about the people. That said, Carl and Juli wouldn't be able do their jobs without the technicians that back them up--those who literally do the heavy lifting. I bring my car to Coggin because I know that whatever work needs to be done, will be done right the first time. That's peace of mind.
