Everything was accomplished accordingly to my wish. The workmanship was excellent. The only disappointment was my service agent was asked to leave your Company that afternoon before I had a chance to thank her for the outstanding service she gave me for many years. I think her leaving is a significant loss for the Company.

I took my car in to have the AC looked at and seatbelt warranty work. Jessie stayed in touch with me through out the day. Because of a lot of cars AC being fixed they ran out of parts. Jessie asked if they could keep the car over night and have it completed the next morning when the parts arrived. No problems on my end. I can’t tell you enough how great Jessie is and from what i have witnessed she treats all her customers with respect and friendliness. Being we own 4 Hondas I am there a lot for routine maintenance and will always ask for Jessie as my service writer.
