During my visit, there was an internet outage and the computers were down for a little while. Staff maintained a professional calm and kept things moving the best they could. There was only a short delay in getting my car serviced, but not significant to make a drastic change in my day.I also appreciate the email offering 20% off recommended services. It made the difference in mw getting quite a few things done.
