I was extremely happy with my experience with your Service Department on 3 Dec 2024. A few weeks prior, my 2008 CRV's air conditioner stopped working properly. I called Coggin Service to ask what might be the problem and to get an approximate cost for repairing it. I have been a Coggin customer for about 13 years and have always been very pleased with the service advisors (Carl, Jessica, and Angela) who have helped me. But this time, I spoke with Andre, who I had not dealt with before. He clearly explained possible causes, repair options, and repair costs. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and his friendly demeanor. I made an appointment to have the A/C problem diagnosed. When I brought the car in, Andre was again very friendly and courteous and he efficiently processed my check-in paperwork. I could see that there was a backlog from the previous day's unexpected number of repair orders and Andre told me that they might not be able to start working on my car until later in the day. I appreciated being told that up front and Andre quickly arranged for a courtesy shuttle ride for me to go home. Within an hour of getting back home, Andre called and said the technician (Kurt) had diagnosed the problem and the repair parts were in stock. He gave me the repair price and said it would be done by late afternoon. As promised, it was finished when he said it would be and he again arranged for the courtesy shuttle to come get me so I could pick up my car. When I arrived at the dealership, Andre had the checkout paperwork ready to go and within a very short time I was on my way back home with a working air conditioner in my car. That's exactly the way I'd hoped the experience would be and I believe it was because of the customer service excellence of Andre and the technical excellence of Kurt, who has worked on my car before. I would highly recommend both of them to anyone coming to Coggin Honda for repair work. But I also want to express my appreciation for Coggin's courtesy shuttle program. I only have one car, so without the courtesy shuttle, it could have been a major inconvenience for me, especially if a more serious repair was needed that required leaving the car overnight. I want to commend the shuttle driver, Fatima, for providing friendly, cheerful, and courteous transportation to and from my home. She is also a credit to the Coggin service team. Thanks to all for a great experience. Car repairs can be very stressful, so it makes a world of difference to have a team of competent and friendly professionals doing the work for you. I arrived just after Thanksgiving for numerous electrical issues. No appointment and Service area very busy. My long-time service advisor Angela Hires said it would be the afternoon. In the meantime, she fixed my iPhone pairing issue. She kept me up-to-date on service including getting oral confirmation for a charge not covered by insurance. Car was ready ahead of time. Angela has always been there for me through the years with the best of service and professional conduct.
