Took Honda Ridgeline in for servicing after "check engine" light came on. I called the dealership and was told to bring it right in. Obviously it was an unexpected situation but i felt the dealership could have done better to communicate the expectations. Everyone was friendly but there did not seem to be any sense of urgency or need to keep me the loop with expected repairs, time line, etc.
