Darryl was very nice and a big help to me, as well as to interact with my dog who goes with me just about everywhere. He was very friendly and helpful and as usual it was a great visit.

Visit was to have a manufacturer's recall inspection and repair. As usual, Goggin's service facility provided comfortable facilities. My only complaint was that we were not adequately warned that this call would take three hours, which had we known would have led me to leave the car and return. Coggins apologized for this, indicating that it must have been a mistake, since they have been advising customers.

The people I encountered were personable, warm and genuinely kind. I would deal with them over other dealerships any day. They were attentive but in no means pushy.

Worked with Debbie Girdwood yo repair my car. She was excellent! She is very personable and customer focused! Debbie is a real benefit and a good representative for Coggin Honda!
