Timely friendly and professional service

Debbie is very thorough and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.

I came in for an oil change, they took my vehicle right away.

My experience every time is positive at Coggin Honda Service in St. Augustine. I have been getting all my vehicles serviced there since 2005. Juli, the service manager, is an exceptionally caring person. She made my experience there unforgettable. Karl, one of the service advisors there, is a great communicator and I trust him as well as Angela, another service advisor. They make sure my vehicle is running and safe for travel. I feel safe taking my family places in my CRV that has been serviced there for over 10 years now. They have kept me on the road safely AND help me save money in the process. Great

Tariq Sagri was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Coggin worked hard to get the car I wanted - bringing it down from Georgia since they didn't have it on the lot in St Augustine. This is our second car from Coggin and we would be pleased to come back next time.

Jessie in Service is the best!

Was checked in right away by Carl and was treated well as a customer

I like the discount oil change M-F in the afternoon

Aaron was great
