you would get more business if your pricing model was 20 % higher than the service centers like Goodyear at 50% to 60 % higher people will not go to the dealership. --------------- If you are waiting in the customer lounge for your car why can't the service advisor just walk 10 ft and tell you .

I was there from 8:05Am in the morning till 1:45pm. They took good care of me. Now I’m waiting on the part to come in to get my car fixed. I did not get a new car. CRV is at 2017.

I like the text communication letting me know the current situation with my car, it's very convenient. Also I went in there for an oil change and when it came out my car speakers were all working where before only the front speaker was working. I think somebody took the extra mile to provide a good service.

The service department addressed my oil leak problem which had me very concerned.The findings were minimal expectation to me and boasted my confidence in the dealership of not wanting take advantage of me.
