I have lived in St Augustine most of my life and purchased my car from this Honda location, then moved to Orlando for a few months. After a detour back in town I have officially moved back to Orlando after a year and will likely remain in there for a many years to come. The reason I lead with this is that despite moving this far away, I will continue to get my car serviced at the Saint Augustine service center many miles away almost solely because of Angela. She has continually helped me over the years and I always call in to request that I be on her schedule! She has proven time and time again that she will go above and beyond for her customers and it really shows. The location itself otherwise is clean, organized, friendly, does a great job on my car, and is in a convenient location. I absolutely love Coggin Honda of Saint Augustine, no other location could compare! (:

Just the ease of everything

Everyone was very nice. I was taken homeby a gentleman who was friendly and courteous. Coggin Honda kept my car for 2 days to fix the car. The parts were ordered but when they came in they were the wrong part. They were able to repair one part but put the other one on order. The same gentleman came to pick me up to take me to Coggin Honda to pick up my car,All the things that needed to be done were completed except for the one part on order.It should be in , in one week.I do not buy car new or used!I was there for service.
