Quick and easy, however I was disappointment t as I also wanted to have a recall issue fixed. I inquired about the parts for the recall and was told they were available and the work would also be completed while my vehicle was there for a minor wheel rotation visit. I made plans to leave my car there all day as instructed. Disappointing but not the end of the world.
