TJ Jones was WONDERFUL as our sales person. It took a long time to get our car in and he was always happy to hear from us and update us on the progress. He was patient, polite, and genuinely happy to see us when we drove down to get the car. He has a no-pressure sales approach that is very appealing to those of us who have had bad sales experiences at dealerships. It made us want to do business with him.Additionally, Ibrahima Samba was spectacular to work with when we got to financing. He understood what we were looking for in a rate and loan term, and let us elect additional coverage as was appropriate to our situation. He was direct, thoughtful and overall incredibly pleasant to work with. We let him know that it was the best dealership financing experience we have ever had.
