I came in with a nail in my tire and was promptly taken care of. I was even driven by a Honda gentleman in a company car to a local eatery, Everything was handled very professionally. Thank you very much.

I usually do not take my cars to the dealer for service. I make an exception when in Palm Coast because Coggin Honda has excellent service at a fair price and the service personnel are outstanding.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Ruth was a pleasure to work with. Explained the process. Management worked with me on pricing. All in all it was a pleasant experience

The staff was very nice and friendly. The only issue I had was that I was told I did not need to make an appointment because I was only getting an oil change and tire rotation. The explanation I was given was, so I didn't get stuck behind someone that was getting a lot of work done. However, I was there for over 2 hours. I'm sorry I think that is unacceptable for an oil change & tire rotation.
