I had to wait for over 2 hours for my seat belt recall, I could see my car in your garage the entire time with no one working on it,, this was your recall, I should not have to be so inconvenient.

We had not decided when we were going to buy the new car though Honda was our choice. We met Allison who is a very professional low key salesperson. My daughter was with me and she had all the questions which Allison answered. We test drove the car around the dealer property. More questions, more answers, a business card and we left. We went back and my daughter negotiated the deal and we bought. What a pleasure working with Allison.

I recently had an experience with a sudden loud rear brake scraping sound while driving the other day. I drove to the Honda Dealer not knowing if I was destroying something in my car. I didn't have an appointment. Honda Service fit me in right away and determined it was just a rock in the calipers of the rear tire. Very happy it was a simple problem to fix. Honda didn't charge any crazy fees or try to get me to do additional service. The service man was exceptional....kind, explained situation, helped assess any future needs down the road. Very relieved and happy to have had such a good experience.
