I took my car in knowing there would be several repairs required. Bill as always was kind enough to drive me home. Carl was great to keep me informed during the progress of repairs and additions that needed to be made.

I was in an auto accident and needed to replace my vehicle. I spoke with Cliff Worrell, a Senior Sales Representative, about the car I wanted including exterior and interior colors. Because of my injuries not able to go to dealership, however, Cliff listened to my needs and went over and above every other sales people from other dealerships and found the exact car I wanted. The vehicle was not one in their lot or was to be delivered within the next few weeks. He was able to find a dealership willing to trade for the car I wanted. In negotiating the price, Coggin of St. Augustine was fair in the pricing of the vehicle without a lot of hassle. They delivered on everything discussed, delivering the car to my home, had an experience representative go over how the vehicle worked. Every person I spoke with at the dealership was very pleasant, professional and able to answer all of my questions during this whole process. I could not have been more satisfied with the purchase, how easy and comfortable they made me feel.
