We were on vacation and my 2011 Honda Pilot was having some engine issues. It had been serviced in Delaware before our trip at another Honda dealership who had difficulty finding the real issues that were causing the problems on the vehicle. So somewhere in South Carolina the problems came up again, we were fortunate to be ables to make it to St. Augustine where we were staying with family. Coggin's was able to get are car in quickly on a weekend to start finding the issues with the vehicle. We did have to wait on parts to fix the car but they were able to keep us on our time frame for returning home. The estimates to fix the car had pictures to document the issues we were having which I've never had happen to me before and they even illustrated issues that needed to be taken care of going forward and gave me an estimate of what it would cost. The main contact Jessica was wonderful to work with and kept us up to date on everything going on. I would consider driving to Florida from Delaware to have them work on the Pilot. Wonderful. Two people greeted me for an oil change. My husband had tried to change batteries in the key fobs and they took them and fixed them at no charge. the service was quick and every effort was made to keep the car clean and protected.
