I had a wonderful experience at Coggin Honda. This is the third Honda that I have bought from Coggin and I have been more than pleased every time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If they are not sure of the answer they will fine a staff member that does. I will definitely use the Coggin Honda for all the maintenance on my new car as I have in the passed for my other four Honda. My only disappointment was the price that I got for my trade in Honda. O expected more since it was a 2017 with 41,000 miles , the interior was spotless and the outside did have some scratches. Please, go to Coggin’s and buy it. It’s maintenance is up to date. Our salesman was able to deliver our needs in a prompt and professional manner. We knew what we wanted. Other dealerships just wanted to get us in there and not try to deliver what we wanted.

Staff is knowledgeable, polite, efficient, professional; repairs/maintenance completed are on time. (Van service is a great perk.) Transfer of ownership (end of lease) was handled efficiently and considerately.

I’ve been using Coggin Honda St Augustine since I purchased my 2001 Odyssey then my 2011 Pilot. The service before my most recent was not good. Things I requested were not performed. This one was better except: I presented the coupons I received in the mail at the beginning. At check out, the coupons had not been applied until I checked. Also, I was impressed with technician, Fabian Funk, for hearing and diagnosing the whirring sound that I was hearing. Because the alternator was changed, I wasn’t going to be stuck on the roadside!
