Carl took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived! We had the oil changed but then were told we also needed a new battery. After sticker shock we agreed to the new battery and Carl allowed us to apply our $50 coupon which was great! It is always nice to know Coggin Honda St. Augustine and Carl take such good care of their customers!

We have been trying to diagnose a clunking noise in the front end of our 2020 Honda Odyssey for a few months. The strut mount was replaced under warranty late 2022, but the issue came back a couple of weeks later. I was able to work with Juan in Service to finally recreate the issue, and after a great deal of work, Juan was able to determine the strut itself was failing and needed to be replaced. Juan did a great job of resolving this hard to identify issue, and I'm so grateful our van is working well again! Debbie has also been great to work with throughout this process, helping me get a loaner vehicle so I could get home after waiting at the shop for a while to see if the car could be fixed in the same day. The entire Service team at Coggin Honda of St. Augustine is fantastic!
