Mr. T.J. Jones was an excellent Sales Consultant this past Monday, December 26, 2022, when I purchased a Honda Accord from Coggin Honda at St. Augustine. He saw melooking at cars. He came out immediately in the freezing cold to help me.T.J. showed us various features of the car I liked, and he rode with me to test-drive the vehicle. We then went inside the dealership to discuss the various forms requiring completion, including tag, title, vehicle registration, insurance, and, along with David Shapiro, Finance Manager, the car’s warranties. He facilitated the acquisition of the important documents and their completion.After the sale was completed, we again went inside the car for T.J. to go over a second time the new technology. He was patient, professional, polite, and knowledgeable about answering my questions. Furthermore, he encouraged me to call him at any time with any additional questions I might have.T.J. filled my car with gas and had it washed before we left the dealership.I highly recommend T.J. Jones, David Shapiro, and Coggin Honda at St. Augustine for great service when you need a new car.

All of my experiences with Coggin Honda have been positive. The staff are very friendly and every time I have brought my car in for service, I have felt like a respected customer. I have never felt like prices are fair, and never felt like I was being taken advantage of.

The experience was great. From sales I worked with James and he was great person to work with. He was very helpful and polite during our visit and made our car buying experience very smooth.I would have preferred to get all weather mats and 2 oil/ filter changes ( they just offered me one), that would have made the experience even better and complete.

I have planned a trip out of state and had my car winterized for the trip. Also found that me tires need a lineup service. So that service was done as well. I had thought when had tires rotated that would have been done also, I do not recall being asked if I too wanted to have that service at that time
