Always wonderful experience

Jim Parziale, the General Manager, went above and beyond in facilitating the car-buying experience. Ace was my salesmen; he also did an excellent job in making sure I found the right vehicle for me and my family. Ace went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the experience. Augustine was the sales manager who also assisted; he did a great job ensuring I understood all conditions and procedures involved in the car-buying process. Overall, the team at Honda Coggin worked well together to make sure I was a happy customer.

There was a little issue with scheduling. I scheduled on-line successfully. However, I never received confirmation emails or text. So, the day before, 12/14, I called the Service Center to check, and they confirmed that I was on the schedule for 12/15. When I arrived for my appointment, the Service Center did not see my appointment on the schedule. They said that if I only did the oil change, they could take the car in as an express lube (which I agreed to). So that was good. But while I was waiting, I called the Service Center at (904) 797-2688, and whoever answered stated that they could see that I had scheduled the appointment. That weird, right?

We were heading out of town and it was time for my oil change. Service dept was able to do the work that day. I have all my car work done at this dealership. The service department is outstanding and they keep me up to date on service needed to keep my car running. The best service dept I’ve ever dealt with.
