I went in to have the grill replaced on my 2022 civic sport. The staff was friendly. I had an appointment and car was started in a timely matter. Good workmanship was performed on my car. I just thought 3 and a half hours was a lil long to replace this item. Excellent visit otherwise.

Thanks to Service Director Juli Martin, General Manager Jim Parziale (who actually LOOKED at the paint peeling off my car and okayed loaner cars while my car was in the paint shop), and Allison (who sold me the car last yr and took care of making sure I had coverage for loaners for 3 weeks during the paint work.)
