James Paul our salesman went over and above to assist us both before and after the sale. His explanations & demonstrations of all the new technology on the car were clear & easy to understand. He was personable, friendly, & extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. We liked the fact that he sold us the car at the price quoted—no up selling or pressure to buy a pricier model. They had us in and out of the dealership in about 2 1/2 hours.
