My buying process was quick relative to past experiences, including during the negotiation process. And my salesperson, JC, was extremely helpful during every phase, especially during my introduction to all the bells and whistles in the new model.

Early morning drop off was absolutely easy and they were ready to accept the car. Pick up and service was great...even in the face of the on-coming hurricane....personnel were ready to leave but no one acted like they had to rush me through checkout.

We recently had our Honda Ridgeline in for its 30,000 mile service. We expected to have a two-hour wait but were pleasantly surprised to be done in an hour and fifteen minutes. Thanks for being so efficient!

They provide detailed information about my vehicle, thank me for being there, share goodies and snacks, and always have hot coffee. The waiting area is large and I have a comfortable place to work on my laptop, watch a movie, or read through a wide array of magazines and newspapers. Bonuses: 1. As always my visit to Coggln Honda was a pleasure. The staff is very friendly, helpful, honest and very knowledgeable. This is my third Honda that I have used Coggin’s for. As a single woman it is import to me to be able to trust the people who work on my car and I do trust Coggin. They are very honest and do not do extra work just for more money.

Cliff was an absolute pleasure to work with. He genuinely cared about our experience and worked hard to get us what we wanted, within our budget. My only annoyance is with whoever detailed the car. We had to get a car wash to get rid of streaks. The inside still needs a good clean. Cliff cared more about the condition than they did which doesn’t really seem right. Less than a week later it smells like an ash tray in there, so they didn’t clean it well enough in my opinion. But, I’m still very satisfied with the purchase and I’m glad to be back in the Honda family.
