Easily got an appointment and was seen on time. Employees were friendly and helpful. I came in for an oil change (full synthetic) and an alignment. Wait time was reasonable. Wait area was comfortable, with a TV and some free snacks and vending machines. I definitely recommend Coggin Honda.

My lease was up on 9/22. I had 3 options: buy my existing lease, lease a new car or finance a new car. My dealership (Honda of the Avenues) that I have been with since 2010 and where I do all my service was my first stop. The salesman (who leased me the last car) appeared to be more interested in me buying my 2019 CRV. We could not come to an agreement on terms. (Part of the problem I believe, is they are tacking on $5000 to the advertised prices on the web) SO, I walked. I understand that inventory is very light but I really wanted a new car with upgraded features. I took a chance and made my way to Coggin of St. Augustine (45 minutes south of Jacksonville). Sebastian (a new salesman) under the guidance of Ace (totally seasoned) took me for a ride in the only CRV they had to offer. It had the upgrades I wanted. Ace explained the dollars behind each option I had and took the time to explain the value of my lease trade in. He got me to my desired monthly lease payment with a manageable downpayment. I was treated with utmost respect and kindness!!!! I drove out of the dealership in my new CRV!!!
