It went well. They did the repairs I requested and found that the rear brakes were overdue for service. So we caught that before it became a major problem. They did it in a timely manner. The one strange thing was that I waited for the car in the waiting area. Which was not 20 feet from my service writer. Yet they wanted to text me with results and questions. How impersonal can you make this experience? Since I don't have a smart phone, they had to deal with me personally. I wandered the showroom to look at new cars and there was praactically nothing on display. Except a Dodge Challenger. Overall though, it was a good experience.

excellent experienceAaron Nims went above and beyond to get us to buy a Honda Pilot from him.Aaron took the time to send us additional videos and pictures of questions we had on the car.we where very pleased that there where no added fees to the posted vehicle price which was unlike other dealerships. some added fees up to $6995 in forced added extended packages because we where an outstate buyer at time of purchase.We are now looking at retirement condos in St Augustine area because of Aaron's passion for the area.
