I took my 2018 CRV in for an oil change. Service was performed quickly and properly. Service was even completed a little sooner than anticipated and the dealership offered a discount coupon that reduced the price of the service. The service advisor was cheerful, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. I have always been pleased with the service that Coggin St. Augustine has performed on my two Hondas and this time was no exception.

I would give 5 stars, but I had trouble finding out if my car was finished. I was told I would receive a phone call when it was finished, but after many of my calls into the service center I was told that my car was completed-and I did not receive any notification. very inconvenient because I had to come from over 30 miles away, and had to keep my ride on hold until I could find out if my car was finished.

Excellent service once we got it in but scheduling was an issue. Had to schedule an appointment for a battery. But they did accommodate us once we got it to the dealer.

Customer service was excellent. I was greeted upon entering the dealership, representative introduced himself, and asked what services I had scheduled. He then provided the costs to me for the services and within less than an hour, my car was ready.
