Had an awesome experience best I’ve had at a dealership ever.

I was very upset because my car wouldn't start. I stopped in and spoke to my salesman ,J.C. Caroul to explain what's going on. He gave me suggestions and after none worked I called Honda roadside assistance. The gentleman arrived about an hour later and jumped my car and then towed it to Coggins.I called the service department and Jeremy answered. I have never gotten an answer when I call the service department. Jeremy let me know when my car arrived and kept me apprised of what was the status of my car and when it was finished.It was a wonderful experience and everyone was so caring.

Just a pleasant place to buy a car from.

I had tried to buy car by communication remotely. I did receive great service however it can Be improved . It took longer then expected time when It was finalized. Possibly more detailed communication prior to arrival to pick up car.

I was immediately greeted by the person outside and then Angela checked me in. The service was completed quickly (about an hour). Angela was pleasant but efficient. I was satisfied with the entire experience.
