Excellent service. Debbie kept me informed of the service on my car. I want to thank Debbie for giving me updates. It was very helpful. Good experience.

I live out of state but make a point when I’m visiting family to stop at Coggin Honda of St. Augustine for all my scheduled services. This last trip for a graduation was no exception. Had our oil change and tire rotation scheduled and while we were there, all maintenance staff were courteous and friendly. Then there came a mix up with a charge for service I had previously declined, which was verified both on the linked web sight and in the maintenance data system. Coggin Honda removed the charge immediately, once again reaffirming my trust in their Profesional and honest service.

Kerry is a great advisor, professional, attentive and keeps customer updated on status of service. This could have been a 10, if service tech had remembered to put valve stem covers back on tires. Also, should return driver seat position back to drivers' preference.
