I called and made an appointment. When I got there they got me checked in and shortly after had looked over my car and gave me a list of things I would need to do over the next year. My advisor told me what was most important and what was the least. I appreciated the guidance! They were busy but everyone was professional and courteous.

My Honda was lubricated at a very good price. Then they tried to upsell me on over $700 in absolutely unnecessary/premature maintenance items. I really resent that.
