Aaron was amazing. Patient and kind with me when I changed my mind so many times. Finance manager was easy to talk to and knowledgeable of products. Enrique talked to me as if I was a long lost friend. Great staff and everyone was friendly.

Everyone was pleasant to work with. The process took too long in store considering I had already spent hours settling the price and trade-in details from home before driving a few hours round trip to get the truck. Wish more was done online and e-signed to expedite time spent in store. Majority of what was done could have been emailed and e-signed instead of waiting to print and review papers.

The customer service was great. Even though it was super busy, Angela, was able to give me her undivided attention and answer my numerous questions. My car was serviced and ready taking less time than expected, and it was clean and good to go. Thank you Coggin Honda!

I just bought a used car (as is) and was concerned if I drove it off the parking lot and had an issue if they would honor a repair. A day & half later, I did have a major issue that happened to be a recall but was never taken care of by previous owner. I am pleased to announce that Coggin repaired the bad and made good on the word of my salesperson Aron. I highly recommend going there to do business and will do so again in the future. This time I didn't get left in the bushes to put it mildly.
