I made an early appointment. 7:40 got out of there about 12:30. Oil change and new spark plugs. Service rep was friendly and I got to discuss the spark plug issue with the mechanic, that made me feel good.I had a coupon for $25 dollars off and others but I was told they could not be honored. Anyway for the first time in 5 years of going there I was thinking that the Honda dealership in Daytona might do me better.

Jeremy was my service person. He was polite, explained the process and best of all my car was ready in about 30 minutes. I have had good experiences with Jeremy, JC, my sales person and sales manager (forgot his name). I only had one negative experience there once with the service department person Debbie. Otherwise, I like this Honda location and its services.

Excellent service

I was running late to my appointment and the service center was going to close in 30 mins. I desperately needed an oil change and expressed this when I initially called. I spoke to Carl and he advised he couldn’t guarantee but would still try to get me in. When I arrived, the servicer and Carl were already waiting and I was able to quickly get my oil changed. This is a perfect example of great customer service. I was very happy! Thank you Carl!
