Honda of St Augustine does a good job and gives advice of things you may want to get done without pressure.

Service Adviser - Angela Harding service Excellent work done on vehicle had a few questionable results; 1) windshield wiper fluid had black slime which I removed was oily in residue. 2) two PLASTIC hold down pins damaged during service of valve adjustment, engine cover 3) foam cushions of engine cover loose and not reattached 4) VALVE COVER area showed debris not cleaned for service before and after. Showed two new bolts , unknown if original bolts broken or dropped in engine? 5) Idle RPM high , not adjusted for tune-up work. 6) tire air valve caps missing with old substitutes , second occurrence had new chrome set when brought for service Was not able to examine car immediately due to weather and holiday weekend and had to leave on planned trip. If idle is still too high will return vehicle to Honda for adjustment also for the other discrepancies. P. CASTILLO

The technician and the service technician did a great job explaining what was wrong with my vehicle, a job that was supposed to be done at a previous dealership.

Service expected of a Honda Dealership. Booked the 1st service slot of the day (7:00 am) but it still took them 1 + 30 minutes to perform a simple oil change. I only use Honda to Service Relate Work for my car - all other routine maintenance I have performed elsewhere.

The service provided was excellent.

I was treated with respect as usual and the service was great.

The transaction went very quickly; it was the fastest car purchase in which I have participated. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The only glitch was the wrong date on a number of documents that needed to be resigned.
