Ace is a superstar and I was thrilled to work with him again on my most recent purchase. Will be back in the future.

I had an email sent to me saying synthetic change oil change would be $49.99 out when I got there they charged me $59.99 I mentioned about the email they sent I had to have a coupon. This was upsetting I have not paid $59 there yet and I have never used a coupon. One of the reasons I come there is for the oil change is the price.

Angela went out of her way to see if she could honor the first free oil change, even though I bought the vehicle at the Jacksonville location.
